1. This offer is available to each individual successfully completing the course for Unvented Cylinders at a Baxi training centre.

2. The claim is redeemable against any cylinder purchased from the Megaflo range† within three months of completing the course.

3. On completion of the course Section 1 must be completed in full by the facilitator “trainer” and then handed back to you “the trainee” as proof of completion.

4. The signed claim form will stand as your proof of completion and will allow you to claim the course fee back from Heatrae Sadia** so it must be kept safe until you claim.

5. The course fee can be claimed back when you purchase a Megaflo cylinder within three months of the completion date (as stated in Section 1 of the claim form).  This offer applies to the purchase of one Megaflo cylinder and does not increase with multiple purchases.

6. On purchasing the Megaflo cylinder you will be required to complete Section 2 in full and include a legible copy of the purchase invoice for the Megaflo cylinder.

7. Post the completed claim form together with your copy VAT invoice to: Heatrae Sadia, Hurricane Way, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6EA. Please do not send originals, as documents will NOT be returned. You are advised to keep copies of all documentation.

8. All details of the transaction must be presented on the VAT invoice(s) in order for your claim to be processed. This includes: Merchant Name, Merchant Address, Your Name or your Company Name (even in the case of a cash sales invoice), Document Date, Document Number, Unit Quantity,

Full Description of Unit, Unit Cost, Invoice Total, VAT charged if merchant is VAT registered.

9. Incomplete claim forms and invoices will be returned without being processed. If an invoice contains two or more pages we require copies of all the pages.

10. All enquiries are to be emailed to campaign.enquiries@heatraesadia.com – we do not accept emailed claims.

11. All personal data submitted on claim forms will only be used for the administrative purposes of this promotion unless otherwise stated and the relevant permission granted by yourself.

12. Course refund claims will be processed in due course and your cheque will be sent to you in the post. Please allow a minimum of 28 working days before contacting us.

13. Cheques will be made payable to the individual named in Section 1 on the completed claim form with no exceptions.

14. Claimants must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.

15. Employees of Heatrae Sadia** may not participate in this promotion.

16. No responsibility can be taken by the promoter for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. No correspondence will be entered into. All copies of documentation presented to Heatrae Sadia** must be kept by the claimant.

17. The course fee refund is payable on receipt of the proof of purchase of a Megaflo cylinder within the date stipulated in point 2.

18. Any tax liability arising from participation in this promotion and receipt of the refund is entirely the responsibility of the claimant.

19. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice and any decision taken is final.

20. The promoter will not take part in any dispute that may arise between participating parties and reserves the right to refuse payment of the course refund if a dispute cannot be amicably resolved between said parties.

21. The promoter is Heatrae Sadia**.

22. Please note that this promotion is valid against Megaflo cylinders purchased at normal trade terms only for the sole purpose of installation by an installer.

23. Claims cannot be accepted where a Megaflo cylinder is purchased at a greatly reduced or contracted price.

24. Claims for course fees are to reach us no later than five months after the course completion date and no late claims will be accepted for whatever reason after this date.

25. By submitting a claim, the claimant acknowledges and is deemed to have accepted all the above terms and conditions. Please retain a copy of this page for your future reference.
