This means that we stop manufacturing some products to make way for new ones, but it doesn't mean we stop supporting those that are already installed in homes and businesses across the country; our Customer support team are available to assist you with advice, repairs and servicing. Our Genuine Parts team also stocks spares and replacements for typically five to ten years (and occasionally longer) following a product cessation.
