BIM Library

BIM stands for Building Information Modelling and it is a process that involves creating and using an intelligent 3D model to inform and communicate project decisions. BIM provides greater clarity through visualisation and collaboration for all stakeholders across the project lifecycle, making it easier to achieve project and business goals. BIM files include dimensions, pipe connections and product attributes (outputs, efficiencies and weights).

BIM gets the right information to the right people at the right time, enabling engineers, architects and specifiers to select and retrieve product requirements and import models directly into the BIM project they are working on. Heatrae Sadia has developed an online library of BIM files available for many of our products, which are free to download and use. To access BIM files you will need the correct software installed to allow you to open .rfa files, such as Revit by Autodesk.
