Heatrae Sadia are kick starting the new year by offering a free branded jacket to plumbing & heating installers who purchase an Amptec or Electromax electric flow boiler throughout Q1.

The Amptec electric flow boiler is available in a variety of kW sizes and is perfect for areas where space is at a premium, such as loft conversions or extensions. The boiler boasts an efficiency rating of 99.8 per cent and is compatible with all standard heating systems. With the Amptec featuring a compact design, this electric flow boiler will fit almost anywhere.
The Electromax, combines electric flow boiler technology with standard heating system components including a 180 litre direct unvented hot water cylinder. Unlike the Amptec, this system can provide wet central heating and hot water simultaneously if required, all from an electrical connection and cold-water supply. Unlike the Amptec, the Electromax is a slightly larger product that will fit into most domestic airing cupboards.
These electrically heated boilers are the perfect product when replacing gas boilers in high-rise buildings. Legislation requires inspection hatches to be fitted in properties where the flue is concealed within voids and cannot be inspected, this can add time and cost to an installation. Flues are not required with electric boilers making the installation much easier to the installer and there is no requirement for annual safety certificates.
